FG Behind the Scenes: Zoe Ganch
Zoe has been instrumental in FG’s efforts, using her web design expertise and talents to help bring our vision to reality.
It has been such an honor partnering with Zoe. This year, we had the pleasure of joining forces to develop FG’s website. Her aesthetic eye and creative touch helped to deliver an important message to the community that we deeply care about.
Zoe is a multi-disciplinary creative and designer who has spent her career building experiences for some of the world's largest brands like: Under Armour, Tiffany & Co, Twitter and HBO to name a few. Currently, she is the founding partner and Head of Creative for Served Up: a New York based live event series delivering an engaging experience to spark conversations around individuality, illuminate diverse perspectives and break down retro-norms. In 2021, they plan to bring this series to life in cities across the country, potentially including Texas.
A native Texan with French roots, Zoe studied architecture at Louisiana State University, which she describes was a, “colorful and celebratory experience through college,” and propelled her to continue exploring new places and ways of living.
“With a French mother and American father, curiosity has been instilled in me since an early age, and contributed to my desire of learning French and Spanish. I was raised on the value of always soaking in other perspectives and celebrating everybody's differences to help enrich my own way of living, thinking, and sharing ideas.”
After studying in Baton Rouge, Zoe made a bold move to NYC, where she has since lived for more than five years, chasing creative opportunities and immersing in the city life. She enjoys finding inspiration by constantly trying new things like neon making, pottery or experimenting with new recipes. In her spare time, she works pro-bono with non-profit organizations that align with her principles such as Planned Parenthood NY and Finnleigh’s Grace.
Zoe grew up in Coppell, Texas, where she initially connected with Tedi Infante, Treasurer of Finnleigh’s Grace. While attending high school together, they played on the volleyball team, a memorable experience that emerged into friendship beyond the court.
In admiration of Zoe’s natural creative flair, Tedi reached out to Zoe in hopes she would be willing to collaborate with Finnleigh’s Grace to help implement the non-profit’s message on a digital platform by building out the website.
“When Tedi called me to mention this new organization centered on such an important mission, I had to jump on it. I could feel the passion and dedication to this type of work from Tedi and her family, and I immediately wanted to contribute however I could.”
There was an instant connection to the cause for Zoe and she promptly hit the ground running with FG’s vision.
“Growing up with a pool at my childhood home, we were fortunate enough to have safety gates installed, and I knew deep down that it was incredibly important to try to expand the availability of safety to families who may not have the means. Finnleigh's Grace has the opportunity to make an immense impact on many families' lives, and bring the spirit of Finnleigh to the forefront of this initiative.”
Finnleigh’s Grace expresses their utmost gratitude for Zoe’s contributions.
